  • All your tickets are available electronically in your ArtFuel Profile. You can visit this at any time, to redownload your ticket ahead of the show.
  • If you cannot access your profile, your emailed tickets may have got lost in transit. The causes for this often are:

    a) it went to spam (so please double check your junk folder in your emails), or;

    b) the email address you used was mis-typed and an error means the email with the ticket link has bounced back. In this situation we are notified, but of course we don’t know the correct email address to forward it to. So, we will need you to please email us.

Copy the below and fill in the blanks so we can help you:

  • We’re sorry to hear that! We’re just a small organisation and a small team. We do not have a physical box office space unfortunately, and do hope that most ticket purchases can be made online. But, if you do get stuck and just need to chat to a human, please call our phone box office service, who can process the order online.

    Please note we do not have a full time team, so if you cannot reach us by phone, please email and we will be in touch asap.
