Turn up at 8:30pm, find the greatest muso all rounder legend Billy Bob and his clipboard, then sign up for chance to hone live music chops, playing in front of a crowd in a relaxed atmosphere, with or without the aid of the house band. Sometimes it works and magical things happen or just come along for free, pull up a stool at the bar, pop a couple of coins on the pool table and enjoy music and snags (best this side of Bunnings). Open mic, open to all, this stage has seen choirs, slam poetry and even Ringo Starr’s backing band, what are you waiting for?
